Allegro Academy of Music will provide professional music instruction in your home with a responsible adult on the premises during each lesson.

Payment Policy

Tuition payments may be made via Paypal. An e-statement will be sent via Paypal on the first of each month to your email address.  Tuition is considered late after the 10th of the month. A late fee of $15 will be charged for past due tuition. The monthly tuition amount reflects the number of lessons in each month. If there are 5 weeks in a month tuition will be due for 5 lessons. Account must be current in order for students to participate in Allegro's Winter Concert & Spring Recital. Accounts with tuition more than 30 days past due will forfeit their lesson slot to students on the waiting list unless alternative payment arrangements have been made.

The following holidays will be observed and lessons will not be held on these dates:  

  September 5 (Labor Day) 
  October 31 (Halloween)
  November 21 – 25 (Thanksgiving) 
  December 19 – 30 (Christmas) 
  January 1 (New Year’s Day) 
  March 13 – 17 (Spring Break) 
  April 14 (Good Friday) 
  May 29 (Memorial Day)
  July 4th (Independence Day)

Canceled Lessons   

There are no refunds for missed lessons.  24-hour notice by phone is required in order to receive a make-up lesson. There is a limit of 3 make-up lessons each semester. Make-up lessons may be scheduled by contacting the academy. All of our teachers are performing artists and will occasionally have a schedule conflict. In this case you will receive a substitute teacher or a make-up lesson. 

If a student must withdrawal from the academy notification must be received in writing two  weeks prior to the date of withdrawal.
